Stephen F. Jallah

Stephen F. Jallah is the Administrative/HR/and Finance Officer of SAWABENU. He is an experienced administrator, educator, and project coordinator with over 12 years of experience working with INGOs including The Carter Center and the United Nations. Mr. Jallah holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration and accounting, a master’s degree in education, a diploma in research methods, a certificate in Nonprofit Accounting, Financial Management essentials, and practical financial management for NGOs.
Mr. Jallah served as a long-term observer for the European Union Election Observation Mission assigned in Nimba County – Liberia. From March to August 2023, he served as Electoral supervisor, civil educator, and biometric voter registration kit technician for the National Election Commission. Mr. Jallah served six years as a County Dispute Resolution Mentor under the Chief Project/Access to Justice project for The Carter Center in Nimba County. Mr. Jallah served with the Norwegian Refugee Council as National Education Project Coordinator and co-managed the education project fund. Mr. Jallah taught public administration and management courses at William V. S Tubman University in Maryland County and the University of Liberia. From 2005 to 2011, he worked with the United Nations Mission in Liberia as an Administrative Assistant in the Humanitarian Coordination and Civil Affairs sections.
