Ilan E. Ricks, Sr. has a background in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) across various international development initiatives in Liberia. His expertise spans from supporting MEL activities for organizations like The Carter Center to supporting USAID-funded projects such as the Liberia Accountability and Voice Initiative (LAVI) under DAI Global, Civil Society and Media Leadership (CSML) Program under Social Impact and International Research and Exchanges Board (IREX). With a bachelor’s degree in management from the African Methodist Episcopal University and a Master's in Regional Science from the University of Liberia. Ilan brings a solid academic foundation to his practical experience.
Throughout his career, Ilan has demonstrated a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and integrity. His roles have encompassed designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation plans, conducting data collection and analysis, and providing technical support and training to project partners and staff.
